Received scholarship to Northwood University.  Was drafted by the Boston Red Sox, then played for the Milwaukee Brewers Organization.  He played Double A in Huntsville, and Triple A in Nashville.  Luis most recently played for the Phillies Organization.  He is a left handed pitcher and gives private pitching lessons at Xtreme Speed.
