A veteran in the world of strength training and conditioning, Mike has over 20 years experience as a
personal fitness instructor and a sports competitor. Over the years, he has gained a deep understanding of what it takes to develop and motivate each individual so that he or she can realize their true athletic potential. Mike also specializes in developing sound nutritional programs for sports performance as well as weight loss. He is certified through the International Fitness Association and has a bachelors degree from Syracuse University.
